The Threshold DAO proposal v2 is now up! After community discussion & a review of the required modifications to the Governor Bravo contracts, there are a couple of alterations to the v1 proposal. 

A shortlist of alteration locations includes:
* Delegations
* Proposal thresholds
* Quorum 
* Vote delay
* Emergency security 
* Veto powers
